Terms and Conditions

for Fibe Referral Program

The following terms and conditions in respect of Social Worth Technology Private Limited (“Fibe”)’s Referral Program are in addition to the service-user terms and conditions. To participate in Fibe’s Referral Program, you must agree to these terms, which become part of the service-user terms and conditions.
By availing the lending services offered by our NBFC Partner (“Lending Partner”), the Referrer and Referral Recipient consent to the Terms and Conditions provided herein; “Referrer” being the person whose Referral Code has been used either in case of Individuals or organizations and “Referee” being the person who uses Fibe’ s services from a valid Referral Code. Customers/Customer include, whether individually or collectively, both the Referrer and the Referral Recipient.
For each friend who takes a loan through a customer’s referral code, both the referrer and the referral recipient get bonus (“Referral Bonus”) in following manner:
In case a customer who has previously availed the services of Fibe (“Existing Customer”) chooses to refer:
In case of a Referee being referred by an Existing Customer of Fibe the Existing Customer will receive a Referral Bonus of Rs.300/- on the Referee’s being approved for first loan, while the Referee will receive a Bonus of Rs. 200/- he availing the services of Fibe.
In case a New Customer chooses to refer:
In case of a Referee being referred by a customer who is a new customer and not availed any services from Fibe, the Referrer will receive a bonus of Rs. 300/- on he availing the services of Fibe while the Referee will receive a bonus of Rs. 200/- on the Referee completing the application process and upon his profile being approved for a particular loan limit.
The above specified Referral Bonus shall directly be deposited to the registered bank account of the Referrer/Referee.
Any customer who has failed to pay his EMI shall not be eligible for Referral Bonus.
A customer shall be eligible to receive a Referral bonus only for 5 references in one calendar month and no references shall be eligible to be carry forwarded to next calendar month.
Special Contest: Fibe may choose to conduct any special contest for a limited period, the details of which shall be displayed on Fibe platform (App and Website). During the contest period, as defined, and modified, in communications from time to time, Fibe will select final winner/s through a lucky draw at the end of the content period.
Contest winners shall provide Fibe the right to publish their name, city, photos and other information on the Fibe Platform and in communications, which may include emails and social media platforms.
Referral code will be considered only if it is applied through the App of Fibe. Both the Referrer and Referral Recipient have to submit their KYC to Fibe (Know your Customer) documents as prescribed by Fibe.
Referrer can share his/her referral code on any social platform such as Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp etc from Fibe’s Referral Page. Additionally, Referrer could also email the referral code to friends and family from said page.
The amount of Referral Bonus is subject to change at Fibe’s sole discretion and can be modified without any notice to either the referral recipient or the referrer.
The Referral Program on a Referral Code can be availed only in the state or city prescribed by Fibe.
Creating multiple Customer’s accounts using multiple address, emails or signing in from multiple devices in order to unduly gain Referral Discount shall be considered to be in contravention of these terms & conditions.
The Referral Discount shall not be clubbed with any other program of Fibe and the referral discount is non-transferable.
Fibe reserves the right to discontinue, add, alter, withdraw, modify, any of the terms of Referral Discount Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever to the Customers. In case of any dispute, Fibe’s decision shall be binding on all customers.
Any taxes, cess, liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Customer.
Participation in Fibe’s referral program is voluntary and any purchase or transaction on the Fibe website or on Fibe’s mobile application shall be in accordance with the Terms and conditions as mentioned herein.
We reserve the right to indefinitely suspend referral codes in case it has been published on any couponing or discount sites and at sole discretion of Fibe the customer’s account can be made barred from availing any services of Fibe.
Fibe reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or revoke / remove Referral Discount and withhold features or benefits obtained through Fibe Referral Program if Fibe believes or determines that the use of a Referral Code or Referral Discount was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the terms and conditions of Fibe Referral Program.
If any provision in these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the same shall not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Participants assumes all liability for any injury or a damage caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in this program and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and releases the Fibe, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any such liability. Fibe, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this program. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to Fibe’s Referral Program (“Dispute”), including claims seeking redress or asserting rights under the applicable law shall be settled through mutual consultation on best efforts basis and escalation at such offices of Fibe as Fibe may designate.
The decision of Fibe regarding any operational issue shall be final and binding on the participants.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Fibe and the Customer agree and undertake that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be adjudicated exclusively before a competent court in Pune, India only.
