I, employee of India Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under companies act 1956 and having its registered office at IN (referred to as “”), having employee id , availing a loan through Fibe app, from lender having its corporate office at (referred to as “”). By availing loan from the Company, I hereby agree to such terms and conditions as stated on Fibe App, loan agreement with the Company, related documents for the purpose that must be binding on me.
I hereby state, undertake and declare that is and will be in no way concerned with or connected to the said loan. I state and declare that I hereby protect and undertake to keep safe, and harmless , its Officers, Officials, Directors etc. from all and any consequences, prejudicial or otherwise, whether civil or criminal, or of any other nature whatsoever, that may be occasioned to as a result of the said loan from the Company.
